Convenient location near many attractions.
The check-in process was quite frustrating, as the non-existent reception meant we had to navigate a faulty platform on our own. Additionally, the bathroom situation was misleading. it was labeled as private, but in reality, it was shared with other rooms. We also faced issues with cleanliness, finding dust on surfaces and hair in the bathroom upon arrival, which set a disappointing tone for our stay.

the central location made it super easy to explore all the landmarks in bolzano, with the duomo maria assunta just a brief stroll away and beautiful park views at the nearby franciscan friary, creating a truly enjoyable experience during my stay.

I stayed in a Standard Studio for 2 nights and absolutely loved the modern vibe of the room! It was really well-equipped, and the kitchen area was great for quick meals. The staff was super helpful, and breakfast was delicious, featuring homemade desserts that I can't stop thinking about!
